How do I create a return?

  • Complete the fields above and click the 'Start' button

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you'd like to return

  • Once our team have authorised your return, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a returns label to print and attach to your parcel.

Will I be charged for making a return?

  • We offer a complimentary returns service using CollectPlus. If you choose to use an alternative postal service, the cost of the return will be at your expense.

  • If you are returning all items within your order, your refund will include the original postage charge. If you are returning part of an order, you'll be refunded the cost of those goods only.

What items are returnable?

When preparing your return, please make sure that...

  • All items are unworn and must be returned to us in the condition which they were received
  • All items are in the original packaging
  • Any labels are still attached.

How soon will I receive my refund?

  • Once the item/s in your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm safe receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved

  • Any refund due will be processed as soon as your return is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original order method of payment (usually within 14 days, often much sooner).
