How do I create a return?

Complete the fields above and click the 'Start' button.

Follow the instructions and select the items you'd like to return.

Once our team have authorised your return, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a returns label to print and attach to your parcel.

We also accept returns and exchanges in our stores. 

Will I be charged for making a return?

We offer a complimentary returns service using CollectPlus. If you choose to use an alternative postal service, the cost of the return will be at your expense.

If using an alternative service, our returns address is Busby & Fox, 2 The Promenade, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 1JD. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit through alternative couriers.


We also accept returns and exchanges in our stores. 

If you are returning all items within your order, your refund will include the original postage charge. If you are returning part of an order, you'll be refunded the cost of those goods only.

What items are returnable?

Items must be returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. Items received after the 28 day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, unworn, in the original packaging, with all labels attached. We are unable to accept the return of any items that have been worn, washed or damaged while in your keeping.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once the item/s in your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm safe receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved

Any refund due will be processed as soon as your return is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original order method of payment (usually within 14 days, often much sooner).
