Delivery Information

 


At Busby & Fox, we do all we can to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.

Orders will be delivered by one of three methods selected at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Standard is £5.95 to any mainland UK address. Your delivery will usually arrive within three working days, though this is not guaranteed. 

  • DPD Express is £8.95 to any mainland UK address and should arrive the next working day provided you order before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on the second working day after the order is placed.

  • Local Pickup is £4.95 and is delivered by DPD to your choice from over 10,000 pickup locations, such as a post office, supermarket or DPD locker. 

You can enjoy free standard delivery and free local pickup on all orders over £85.

We regret that we do not currently deliver outside of the UK and Northern Ireland.

 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

 

Local pickup lets you choose a convenient location to collect your order from, so you can pick it up at a time that suits you. 

Once you have received delivery confirmation letting you know your order has arrived at your pickup point, you have seven days to collect your order. Opening hours and availability for your collection point can be found at checkout. If you cannot collect within this time, the order will automatically be sent back to us and cancelled. Please note, the collection window cannot be extended.

You will need to bring your QR code, barcode or collection PIN provided in your confirmation email to collect your order. For orders collected from a store location, you will also need personal ID (passport, driving licence or national ID.)

In the unlikely event that your chosen locker or pickup location is broken or full, the package will automatically be redirected to the nearest available location and you will receive a confirmation of this by email.

Due to size restrictions for pickup locations, please be aware that at this time not all baskets and items are eligible for local pickup – it will be visible at checkout if your basket qualifies for this service.
