  HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Complete the form above and follow the instructions to select the items you'd like to return.
Once our team has authorised your return, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your free returns label.

We also accept returns and exchanges in our stores.


WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery. Items received after this window are not eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, unworn, in the original packaging and with all labels attached.
We are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged while in your possession.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for earrings, cosmetic and grooming products, carbon-neutral delivery or gift cards.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY RETURN?

We offer a free returns service for online orders using Royal Mail. You can also return items for free to all Busby & Fox stores.

If you are returning all items within your order, your refund will include the original postage charge.
If you are returning part of your order, you'll be refunded only for the cost of those goods.

 


HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the item/s in your return are received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm safe receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or if we have any follow-up questions.

Any refunds due will be submitted at this time, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 14 days.

Once your return is received by our returns team, it may take up to three working days to be processed, and up to five working days during promotional periods. If your tracking information shows it has been delivered, please wait at least three days before contacting our customer service team for an update.
