Competition Terms

Competitions will run from and to the dates stated on our website, social media platforms and/or in-store.
Entrants must be UK residents.
The winner/s will be chosen at random on a pre-specified date from a combined list of Facebook, Instagram, website and/or in-store entries, depending on the platform/s on which the competition is hosted.
The winner/s will be announced on the relevant platform/s and contacted through the Busby & Fox social page/s and/or their email address, where relevant to the competition entry process.
We'll make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within a maximum of thirty days of notification, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
Entries are only valid when submitted according to the instructions posted on this website page and/or on relevant publicity materials.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute a different prize of equal value.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with the terms provided at the time, and is not negotiable, transferable and may not be exchanged or refunded for cash. There are no substitutions for the prize except by Busby & Fox, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
All social media competitions hosted by Busby & Fox are not sponsored, endorsed or in any way affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.

Each month, one reviewer will be chosen to receive a £100 Busby & Fox gift card.
The winner will be contacted via email.

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Busby & Fox and Henley Literary Festival, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded.

Competition opens at midnight on Friday 2nd October 2026 and closes 23.59pm on Sunday 11th October 2026.
To enter, complete the official entry form on our website with valid contact information. By entering, you agree to join the Busby & Fox mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time. Entries are subject to moderation; automated, bulk, spam or multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
One winner will receive: A Busby & Fox outfit of their choice up to the value of £500 (or a £500 Busby & Fox gift card), a one-to-one styling session at their nearest Busby & Fox store (travel costs not included and cannot be exchanged for cash) and a curated selection of books provided by the Henley Literary Festival.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible, valid entries within five working days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry and must respond within seven days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Busby & Fox reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
