“I’ve been invited to a close friend's 50th birthday which is an evening occasion, so I’m after something that is layerable, comfy, easy-to-wear and glam enough to see me through supper and dancing, well into the night.
I adore these light, wafty Cady trousers - the elastic waistband makes them so comfortable and the cropped ankle length gives them a lovely subtle elegance. Dyed in the most stunning soft khaki green, this colour is so easy to mix with a multitude of other tones. I’ll also be taking my gorgeous Greta bag which brings out the metallic shimmer of the Hero vest and Torus earrings. Putting this trio of complementary gold tones together really lifts this summer look.
I’ve layered the Electra shirt over the top - one of the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe. It offers a fabulous soft covering but being sheer, it allows whatever you’ve layered underneath to shine.
Paired with my favourite pair of ‘Valerie’ heels from Esska, a true shoe paradise. Topped off with a shade of tomato red lipstick and I’m ready to go.”
