Online Returns
We do our best to ensure every purchase brings you joy, but if you need to start a return or exchange, please follow instructions here.
ALL ONLINE RETURNS:
- Your return or exchange must be made within 28 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Anything you return must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, in the original packaging and with all the labels attached.
We’re unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after you receive them.
- Refunds or exchanges aren’t available for earrings, cosmetics and grooming products, carbon-neutral delivery, or gift cards.
- Please do not destroy or throw away any item, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve contacted us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ORDER IN-STORE:

You can return or exchange your online order at a Busby & Fox store.
- In order to process your online return in-store, you must provide at least one of the following:
- Your order number and email address
- The printed packing slip that was included with the delivery
- The online confirmation email
POSTAL RETURNS:

We offer a free online returns service using Royal Mail. Please note that only online orders can be submitted via the returns portal. All items purchased in-store can be returned to our stores.
- To start a return, you’ll need your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions to confirm the items you would like to return/exchange and provide a return reason. Once your return/exchange has been submitted, you will receive your free returns label or QR code.
- Securely pack your items (using the original packaging where possible) and take your package to a Royal Mail drop-off location.
- Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 2-3 working days. When processed, you will receive an email confirming safe receipt and details of your refund.
- After processing, any refunds due will be issued to the original payment method. This often comes through on the same day, but can take up to 14 days depending on your payment provider.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
