We do our best to ensure every purchase brings you joy, but if you need to return or exchange an item purchased online, please use the online portal below.

EXCHANGES
We now offer Instant Exchanges.
Instant Exchanges allow us to dispatch replacement items straight away, preventing them from going out of stock and ensuring you receive your item as quickly as possible.
When you submit an Instant Exchange, a temporary authorisation hold will be placed on your card – just like booking a hotel.
You will only be charged for the new item if your original item/s haven't been returned to us within 14 days of submitting the exchange.
Click the link to the online return portal and complete the form by selecting your exchange items and providing an exchange reason.
On the exchange review page, you will be asked to enter your card details to complete an Instant Exchange.
Once submitted, a confirmation page will display your printable return label and a printer-free QR code.
Pack your items securely (using original packaging where possible) and take your package to a Royal Mail drop-off location, where they will scan your label or QR code and provide proof of postage.
All exchanges are subject to availability.

You will need to provide your order number and email address to the store team to start your exchange.

RETURNS
Click the link to the online return portal and complete the form by selecting your return items and providing a return reason.
Once submitted, a confirmation page will display your printable return label and a printer-free QR code.
Pack your items securely (using original packaging where possible) and take your package to a Royal Mail drop-off location, where they will scan your label or QR code and provide proof of postage.
Returns are also accepted in our stores.
Once returns are received, we aim to process them within 2-3 working days. When processed, you will receive an email confirming safe receipt and details of your refund.
Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method at this time. This often comes through on the same day, but can take up to 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
We offer a free returns service for online orders using Royal Mail.
You can also return items for free at all Busby & Fox stores.
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for online return.
For a refund, please follow the return instructions above.
For a replacement item, please follow the exchange instructions and select the same size as originally purchased (unless you would like an alternative size).
If you select "faulty" as the return reason, you'll be prompted to upload photos and provide a detailed description of the fault so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Returns must be sent within 28 days of delivery – unfortunately, anything received after that is not eligible for a refund.
Items being returned for exchange must be returned within 14 days of submitting the exchange.
Anything you return must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, in the original packaging and with all the labels attached.
We’re unable to accept the return of any items that have been worn, washed or damaged after you received them.
Refunds or exchanges aren’t possible on earrings, cosmetic and grooming products, carbon-neutral delivery and gift cards.
